The African Collaborative for Health Financing Solutions (ACS) is an initiative led by Results for Development that accelerates progress toward universal health coverage in sub-Saharan Africa.
the challenge
ACS came to us as a new initiative with no brand recognition, website, or narrative around their unique and challenging work. Our job was to craft an identity that embodied the ethos of the initiative while differentiating it from other organizations advancing universal health coverage in Africa.
This required a strategic narrative and a visual identity.

GETTING STARTED
To kick off the strategic work, Minerva taped into the knowledge base of dozens of experts working on-the-ground: public health officials, civil society organizations, and technical experts in countries including Kenya, Mali and Uganda. These insights were shaped into a messaging framework, tagline, position, brand pillars, and short- and long-form project descriptions.
